Project Lab Initiative
Turn an idea into a real project
In 2026, I will support 10 young people who have a creative idea they want to turn into a real project.
Each selected participant will receive 10 hours of guidance and training, focused on helping them move from vague idea to practical next steps. This may include shaping the idea, planning the project, identifying obstacles, improving execution, and avoiding the kind of chaos that creative work loves to produce.
This initiative is for people who have something they want to build, make, launch, organize, or develop—but need structure, feedback, and a stronger way forward.
What this initiative offers
Each participant will receive up to 10 hours of support during 2026.
The support may include:
- clarifying the idea and its purpose
- turning the idea into a workable project
- setting priorities and realistic next steps
- reviewing plans, structure, and direction
- guidance on tools, workflow, and execution
- practical training where needed
- feedback on challenges, decisions, and progress
This is not passive encouragement, motivational fog, or “follow your dreams” wallpaper. It is practical help for people trying to build something real.
Who this is for
This initiative is intended for young people with a creative idea they want to develop into a project.
That idea could be related to writing, publishing, translation, design, music, media, education, digital projects, cultural initiatives, community ideas, or other forms of creative and independent work.
You do not need to have everything figured out. In fact, having everything figured out would be suspicious.
How it works
You submit your request along with the conditions you propose.
This means you explain:
- what your idea is
- what you are trying to build
- why it matters to you
- what kind of support you think would help
- what conditions, expectations, or boundaries you want to set
I will review submissions and choose the projects I believe I can genuinely help.
Selection will depend on fit, seriousness, clarity of purpose, and whether I believe the guidance can make a meaningful difference.
Important note
Submitting a request does not guarantee selection.
This initiative is limited to 10 participants in 2026, and each case will be reviewed individually.
The goal is not to accept as many people as possible. The goal is to make the support useful.
What you set
You set the conditions, and I review.
That means you are welcome to propose the terms that matter to you, such as:
- preferred format of support
- preferred language
- type of project help needed
- timing constraints
- boundaries or expectations
- any other condition you consider important
Not all proposed conditions will necessarily be accepted, but they will be considered as part of the review.
What I am looking for
I am especially interested in helping people who are serious about their idea, even if they are still early in the process.
Strong submissions usually show:
- a real idea, not just a wish
- willingness to do the work
- openness to guidance and revision
- curiosity, commitment, and follow-through
- a project that can benefit from structure and thoughtful support
